60-day free trial, then $1 per unit per month with a $10 minimum. No credit card needed to start.

Pricing

$1 per unit per month, $10 minimum. So 7 units is $10, 15 units is $15. Vacant units count. Demo units do not.

How units are counted

Your bill is based on the active units in your account each month. Add a unit and it counts starting that month. Deactivate or delete a unit and it drops off the following month. If you sell a property and deactivate all its units, your next bill reflects the smaller portfolio.

A unit active for any part of a month is counted for that month. Your billing history in Settings > Billing shows the unit count and charge for each month.

After the trial

When your 60-day trial ends you'll be prompted to enter a payment method. Your data is never deleted when a trial expires. Everything is waiting for you when you subscribe.
