Rental Flow is a property management app for independent landlords. You organize your portfolio as a tree: company at the top, then buildings, units, and tenants. From there you manage leases, track rent payments, handle maintenance, and run reports.
The nav on the left follows the natural workflow: start with Getting Started to add your first property, then Day to Day for the tasks you do every month. Reports, Tenant Portal, and Account are there when you need them.
